The group meets in the 'Spice of Life' Restaurant at Watford Hospital on the second Monday of each month from 6.30pm-8.30pm.

The group welcomes anyone who has undergone heart problems and their carers.

Group members aim to support each other and share their experiences by holding regular social and informative events and making ongoing friendships.

In addition, organised monthly walks are arranged for the benefit of members.
