The RGA aims to help reduce the distress and disadvantages of persons of restricted growth. It offers opportunities to get together regionally and nationally.

There is a thriving youth group who enjoy weekends away.

Counsellers are available to talk to, to listen to problems, frustrations and anxieties and to give support and confidence.

RGA also provides a focus for medical information relating to restricted growth including details of consultants, surgeons and hospitals who have offered treatment or advice in a sympathetic way.

RGA can also offer sources of clothing and shoes, suitable children's toys, bicycle building and adaptation, reaching aids, adaptation and special manufacture of furniture and fittings, car modifications and other mobility assistance, help in applying for benefits and grants.

Practical information and support about starting school, going to college, getting a job and other milestones in people's lives.

Dwarf Athlethic Association promotes sport for people with restricted growth.
