An informal Twelve Steps fellowship, of men and women, whose common problem is a difficulty in maintaining functional relationships, with themselves and others, as a result of co-dependency in their lives.
Co-dependents anonymous uses the Twelve Steps, as a central part of its suggested programme of recovery from co-dependency and for building healthy relationships, in a safe and confidental environment.
They share their experience, strength and hope with one another, in the hope of solving their common problem and helping others to recover. The only requirement for membership is a desire for healthy relationships.
It is an individual growth process, each of us is growing at our own pace, and will continue to do so, as we apply the Twelve Steps and the principles found in CODA, to their daily lives and relationships.
Write, with SAE, to the Bristol Office for a meetings list and further information.
