Hertsreach Welwyn Garden City provides a range of non-medical treatments to help those who have a problem with drugs and/or alcohol. This starts with an initial assessment which leads to an individual care plan, with a qualified Project Worker, who will stay with the service user throughout the 16 week rolling programe.

Other parts of the programme include a range of skills and feelings based groups, one to one counselling and complementary therapies. One day per week satellite services are delivered in Waltham Cross and Bishop's Stortford.

The service welcomes anyone who self refers and staff will endevour to see them as soon as possible. Appointments are also offered and referrals are welcome from all sources.
