Down's Heart Group
National Charity which offers support and information to families who have a member with Down's Syndrome (also known as Down Syndrome) and an associated heart condition.
The Group maintains a database of information about all member families, and with 1000+ members, it is nearly always possible to offer contact with other families who live locally or who have similar problems.
The Group provides information through an infomation pack, videos and a newsletters.
There is a Bi-annual Conference, open to all members and professionals.
