CORE

CORE is the only national charity to deal with a whole range of digestive disorders.

Its aims are to:
* Fund research into digestive disorders;
* Provide information for sufferers, their families and friends;
* Increase public and professional knowledge of digestive disorders.

CORE (the new name for the Digestive Disorders Foundation) was establised in 1971 and is the only national charity in the UK which supports research into the whole range of disorders that can affect the digestive system. CORE also offers help directly to sufferers by producing patient information leaflets explaining causes, symptoms and treatments of a wide range of digestive disorders. However, CORE is not an advisory service and is unable to assist with medical queries.
