National Osteoporosis Society
The National Osteoporosis Society is a charity working exclusively to improve the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of osteoporosis.
The Society provides information and support through a medical helpline and a series of detailed information booklets and a network of local groups.
It is an independent organisation with its own specialist medical advisers.
The Society has more than 100 local support groups.
Costs: Membership is £15.00.
