Aspergers Syndrome and High Functioning Autism Support Group (St Albans)

Meetings are held on Mondays (term-time only) from 9.30am to 12noon in St Albans. Please contact for venue details. Although the group is based in St Albans the meetings are open to all Hertfordshire residents.

The group is open to all adults with Aspergers or High Functioning Autism. We meet weekly in term time and have activities such as table tennis, badminton, table football, board games etc. During the morning we also have a structured time for discussionss and have addressed topics such as employment, personal hygiene, depression, living with Aspergers etc.

The group aims to help develop peoples social skills and social networks, create a safe area where people are able to be themselves and discuss issues relevant to them in a structured and informal environment.
