Arthritis Care is a national charity providing information and support for people with arthritis.
The Watford Branch is one of the largest and most active in the UK. Activities include monthly afternoon meetings for the over 60's; transport arrangements where possible.
An art class meets twice a month and there are weekly Tai Chi classes during term times.
"Challenging Arthritis" and "Challenging Your Condition" self-management courses are held twice yearly involving 2 hour sessions over a 6 week period.
Volunteers are needed to help with the above activities and with fund raising. We are a very friendly and supportive group, which gives a warm welcome to new members and volunteers.
