Herts Health Action with the Homeless

Herts Health Action with the Homeless (HHAH) works to improve access to health information and health care for single homeless people throughout Hertfordshire.

The Team works collaboratively with statutory and voluntary organisations to improve communication and raise awareness. Through the assessment of the needs of homeless people, the project identifies gaps in provision of health care. They support front-line workers, and make recommendations, whilst also organising health related training.

This is a Herts Young Homeless Group project and is funded through the Primary Care Trust. HHAH manages the Dual Diagnosis Support Project and a Counselling Network.
