Mind is the leading mental health charity in England and Wales and works for better mental health for everyone. Mind campaigns to improve policy, influcence attitudes and challenge discrimination toward people who experience mental distress.

Mind provides information and support and in partnership with independent local Mind associations, develops local services sucha as befriending, drop-in centres, counselling and advocacy.

Opening Hours: Mondays-Fridays: 9.15am-5.15pm.

Publications: 'OpenMind' - bi-monthly subscription magazine.
