Letchworth Mind

Letchworth MIND is a local Mind Association affiliated to the charity Mind. Based in Letchworth, it aims at reach out to those people in the North Herts Area whose lives are affected, either in the long or short term, by mental health problems. Help and support are also given to those coming out of hospital.
A drop-in club is run on Sunday afternoons 2.00pm-4.30pm at the Mrs Howard Memorial Hall, Letchworth. The club is open to all and provides a comfortable and friendly meeting place for anyone who is lonely or needs a chat over tea or coffee. 11 volunteers work in pairs each Sunday, at the centre.
Fund raising enables coach outings, holidays, etc to be arranged.
Each MIND group is autonomous but all are affiliated to National MIND.
