The Helpline 0845 767 8000 is operated by SANE, the national mental health charity. It is for anyone affected by mental health problems.

SANELINE trained volunteers are able to:

* offer support and a listening ear during times of crisis.
* give information to enable you to make informed decisions.
* put you in touch with services in your local area.
* provide up to the minute details of medical, complimentary and psychological treatments.
* help you with current mental health legislation and the mental health system.
