Depression Alliance. Self Help Group (St Albans)
This is a self help group for people with depression and/or anxiety. The group is for people who feel the need for some support.
From the beginning of 2008 meetings will be held on the third Friday of the month at 7.30pm. The setting is informal and relaxed and attendees are encouraged to participate in discussion. Please contact for further details.
