DELROW provides home-life, further education and a range of therapeutic activities for adults with various life problems. These include people with special needs and those who have suffered or are suffering from mental illness. All need some time to rediscover their self-image and self-confidence and to re-assess their direction in life.
Within Hertsmere Delrow provides the following housing scheme for people with Learning Disabilities:
* Supported Housing (shared or self contained) with Warden support on site. This scheme is open to single people aged 74. Referrals to this service can be made via Hertfordshire County Council. Adult Care Services or self referral.
Delrow also provides a number of day places for people with special needs living in other residential care homes or hospitals and in the wider community.
