Each week around 360 members attend her Rosemary Conley Diet & Fitness slimming and exercise classes. Going along to a class for the first time is often a big step for many people but you can be assured that you will be made to feel at home. Classes are friendly and welcoming and there's a great atmosphere. They have fun! It doesn't matter whether you have got a little or a large amount of weight to lose they can help you every step of the way.
The class structure is 35 minutes weigh-in and individual consultation, 5-10 minutes talk, 45 minutes exercise. Members follow a low fat, calorie controlled diet, combined with exercise, which is the healthiest way to lose weight and the most effective way to a leaner and more toned body.
Begin with their 2-week 'Fat attack' diet to see real results in just 14 days. Then follow the GI Hip & Thigh diet which is based on a calorie controlled, low fat, low GI (less than 5%), healthy eating plan, plus a daily treat of 100 calories of anything you like - even chocolate, chips or a class of wine! Each member is given a personal calorie allowance, based on their gender, age and weight and a 160 page diet book pack with dietary advice and information to help them reach their ultimate goal. The diet has been designed to give maximum amount of food to avoid hunger pangs yet still produce maximum weight and inch loss and is adaptable for all the family.
Jeannette is qualified to teach exercise to music for people of all levels and capability - everyone is cared for as an individual and no one is ever made to feel embarrassed. People of all shapes and sizes attend, so whatever size you are you will not be out of place. Bring an exercise mat or towel for the floor work and a bottle of water. Wear something comfortable and a pair of trainers. The exercise session is optional but she would encourage you to take part as it will speed up your weight loss and tone you up as you lose weight.
The cost of joining is £10.00 for a membership pack plus a weekly class fee of £5.60.
