This is a free and confidential telephone helpline for women who have been raped or sexually abused - whenever and however it happened. Face to face counselling is also available, this is a service run by women for women.

The telephone helpline is available on:
* Mondays 10.00am-12 noon;
* Wednesdays 8.00pm-10.30pm;
* Saturdays 10.00am-12 noon.

An answerphone is in operation at all other times. Messages left are responded to within 24hrs.
