Time for You Coaching

They work with individuals looking to change career, gain promotion or settle into a promotion. Following redundancy they can direct the client towards a new career, help them with CVs, interview technuqies, etc.

They run a self confidence for mums course which enables mums to find their confidence and get them back to work, start their own business or just feel comfortable with being at home.

For medium sized companies they run team building sessions, settle staff into promotions (whether that is the team adjusting to the new manager or the new manager themselves)..
