Julie Harding is a professional, qualified counsellor and psychotherapist offering a safe space in which to explore and discuss issues. Through working in voluntary agencies and private practice she has wide experience of dealing with depression, anxiety, stress, bereavement, loss, relationship difficulties, loss of direction or meaning of life, difficulties with food/drugs and other substances, self-development and life questions.
Her approach is Integrative Psychosynthesis having trained at Revision, London, where she is currently on staff.
