Person-centered counselling is offered by fully qualified therapists. Sessions are offered for individuals and couples, both time limited or open ended. A warm and professional service is offered where issues such as anxiety, relationship issues, bereavement, addictive behaviours, childhood abuse can be discussed. This list is not exhaustive.

Please phone for an initial appointment to see if counselling is appropriate for you. All our therapists are full members of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
