Counselling for adults and adolescents offering help with stress, anxiety, addictions, work related issues, bereavement, depression, self esteem and other general counselling issues.

Counselling sessions are held in a safe, caring and confidential environment by a counsellor who is an Accredited Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and a Member of the United Kingdom's Register of Counsellors.

Costs: £35.00 (some low cost concessions available to be discussed at first meeting).
