I provide a general counselling service to adults in a safe and confidential environment where you can explore issues more freely than with family or friends. By being listened to and accepted for who you are, the stress of feeling isolated or overwhelmed can be eased, and you can then start to find new ways of dealing with difficulties.
I do not give advice, nor do I judge what you say. My aim is to help you to engage more with your true self and gain awareness of what might be holding you back or getting in the way of effectively dealing with issues in your life.
Counselling is an intervention which can help bring about constructive change. It can help you to discover your own answers and feel more in control of your life and relationships.
I have a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling. I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and I adhere to its Ethical Framework for Good Practice
