Liz offers counselling and pyschotherapy for individuals, providing support in periods of crisis and change, relationship difficulties, stress, loss, depression, anxiety, low self esteem, also issues around retirement and ageing.

Liz is a Registered Associate Member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).

Cost: £40.00-£45.00 per 1 hour session.
Times: by appointment.
