Session times are normally in the evenings, at Bedford Road Health Clinic, Hitchin.

Free counselling service for those aged 18 years upwards and residing in Hitchin and its surrounding villages.

Long and short term counselling is available.

Counselling is available to everybody, except for those with current drug and alcohol problems, a known history of violence, a recent suicide attempt, a history of sexual offences or a known history of psychosis.
