Co-counselling is a process in which two people take it in turns to be the client and counsellor. The counsellor encourages and helps the client to discharge locked-up emotions, enabling them to find new and more appropriate ways of being, which are creative, energetic, intuitive and self-aware. The client chooses what to work on and in what depth; the counsellor promises confidentiality.

To join the CCI network and receive the list of local co-counsellors, you need to attend a course that lasts about 40 hours in total. After that, two-way sessions and peer groups are free.
