At Cheshunt Counselling they are here to help you gain more understanding in your life. They offer a safe, confidential and empathic environment for you to explore what may be troubling you. All their counsellors are trained to at least diploma level and have a experience working within the public health sector.

They cover issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, loss/bereavement, relationship issues and emotioanl problems.
