Joanna is a qualified counsellor holding a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling. She is also a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Pschotherapists (BACP) and abide by their code of ethics.
Joanna offers a confidential counselling service in a peaceful and comfortable setting within East Hertfordshire and Essex. She provides counselling on any issues, including:
* Depression;
* Stress and anxiety;
* Addictions and eating disorders;
* Work related problems;
* Relationship issues;
* Bereavement;
* Low self esteem and assertiveness.
Sessions last for 50 minutes and are available day or evening.
Costs: between £25 to £40 per session, depending upon individual circumstances.
