Many of us can benefit at difficult points in our lives from having a space to talk to someone who listens without judging, helps us express our feelings and find our own answers. Counselling can be a way to work through difficult feelings, and gain help with issues such as abuse, addictions, bereavement, bullying, depression, eating disorders, life crisis, relationships (personal and work), self-esteem, sexuality, stress and trauma.
You may have difficult situations to face in your life (at home or work); you may feel overwhelmed or stuck and find it hard to cope on your own, yet not know whom to turn to for help. I offer a safe, confidential and supportive environment where you can explore your feelings and concerns at your own pace, discover what your choices and resources are, and find solutions that are right for you.
Individual counselling can be short or long-term, depending on your needs and circumstances.
