Where in any particular case expert, professional assistance is required, to refer such cases to a solicitor or a social worker or other duly qualified person as appropriate, lobby members of parliament, local authorities and other associations or organisations of whatever description to discuss and generally pursue all or any relevant aspects of social, political or legal policy or practice and procedure which may be required.
