Our aims and objectives:

* To provide a confidential, empathetic and supportive crisis telephone counselling service to children, young people and adults.

* To listen and offer support and help at the moment of crisis or concern; not to make moral judgements or attempt to make decisions for the caller.

* To provide a comprehensive information system of other agencies and support groups throughout the country.

* To provide a face-to-face counselling service for adults, thereby enabling counselling to be available for those who might otherwise find it beyond their means.

* To provide an Anti-Bullying Outreach Programme, to provide workshops on bullying awareness and assertiveness to local children.

* To offer continuous training, supervision and development to our volunteer counsellors.

* To extend publicity on a greater scale throughout the country to enable our service to become more widely known.

* To continuously monitor and develop as an agency.
