Health Service Neurological Rehabilitation Service with inpatient, outpatient and community based assessment and treatment offered. Self referral is accepted.

Team is made up of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, dietitians, multiple sclerosis specialist nurses, Parkinsons disease specialist nurse, clinical psychologists and rehabilitation nurses. The team is supported by an administrative team who run a single point of access to refer to any professionals within the team.

Referrals can be made by letter, phone, fax or arrangements can be made by email referral.
