A local General Hospital. The A&E department at Hemel Hempstead Hospital has now closed, with services transfering to Watford General Hospital. The 24-hour, 7 days a week Dacorum Urgent Care Centre is now available at the Hospital. It is located in the same building as the old A&E department.

Visiting times:
Due to the varying nature of individual wards, as well as the patients and clinical activities that take place on them, visiting times can differ between both days of the week and individual wards. For this reason people wishing to visit with a patient in hospital should check first with the staff on the ward about the best time to come in.
