The Hospices are for families and children aged from birth ot 19 years, living in east of England suffering from life-threatening or life-limiting conditions.
There are 3 hospices situated in Cambridgeshire, Norfolk and Suffolk. Each provides holistic care through a range of services including end of life care, residential and day shortbreak care, nursing care in the home, psychosocial support and bereavement support. Services are provided for children and young people with life threatening conditions and their families. They operate an open referral system from families and professionals.
They hold professional open days at all three hospices twice a year (details available on the website).
