The group meets at The Health Centre, Clinic Room, Royston every Monday from 2.15pm-3.45pm. 75p per session. Babies from 0 to 6 months only.

The group is for first-time mums and gives them the opportunity to meet socially and to learn through the different topics covered. These include: First aid, weaning, baby massage, baby yoga, sleep and many more.

Refreshments provided.
