The clinic offers help to unhappy, worried or disturbed children and young people with behavioural or mental health difficulties of school age and their families.
The difficulties may have existed for years or may have developed recently. Sometimes the reasons seem clear, sometimes there appears to be no obvious cause.
The service is provided by the Hertfordshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. The team works closely with educational psychologists, Borehamwood Family Centre and the local Children, Schools and Families Team.
The clinic covers Borehamwood, Shenley, Elstree and Potters Bar.
Your child can be referred to the clinic by their GP. The clinic also accepts referrals from health visitors, school nurse, social workers, educational psychologists, Behavioural Support Team or other medical consultants.
Opening Hours: Monday-Friday 9.00am-5.00pm.
Accessibility: The clinic is on the ground floor.
