Brook is a professional non-profit making organisation for young people up to 25.

It exists to enable all young people both male and female to make informed choices about their personal and sexual relationships so that they can enjoy their sexuality without harm.

Brook can give advice on all 13 methods of contracteption, all of which are free. They also do a free pregnancy test.

Brook runs a National Young People's Information Service which is open from Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.00pm. This Service provides a free helpline, a confirdential on-line enquiry service and a text messaging service. Please visit the website for further details.
