Osteopathy First run osteopathy and sports injury clinics. The Stevenage clinic is housed within the Fitness First Health Club and is run by Hannah-Jane Walder, Alexandra Loader and Stephen Makinde, all registered osteopaths. They are approved by all major health insurance providers.

Treatment is available for back pain, neck pain, headaches, shoulder tension, posture related problems, sports injuries, sciatica, sprains and arthritic conditions. Sports masseurs Rachel Kemp and Veronica Bell provide sports massage sessions.

Appointments are available Monday to Sunday 8.30am-8.30pm.

Facilities for people with disabilities: wheelchair access, lift.
