Alx trained as a Reflexologist in 2003 with Michael Keet at the Central London School of Reflexology in London. This was a 9 month, certified practitioner course. Alx is a full member of the Association of Reflexologists and has undertaken first aid training and holds public liablity insurance. Alx is also Group Leader of the AOR's North Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire Area Group which meets 6 times a year in Hitchin.

Many people use Reflexology to relax the mind and body, to counteract stress and relieve ailments. It is a gentle, non-invasive therapy, suitable for all ages.
