The Alexander Technique is a practical method of self-help through which we can learn to become aware of, and avoid, harmful responses to the stress of daily life; these responses manifest themselves most noticeably in habits of undue strain, tension and agitation.
Experience has shown that learning the Alexander Technique can help people with conditions such as back, neck and shoulder pain; RSI; asthma and breathing difficulties; anxiety; depression; osteoarthritis; and other complaints.
Conrad Brown teaches one-to-one lessons that last 45 minutes and is a member of the Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique (STAT).
