Amanda McDermott - Reiki Master (Tring)

Reiki is a light, hands-on treatment which rebalances energy throughout your body leaving you feeling relaxed, revitalised and better able to deal with the challenges of daily life. Reiki works on the mind, body and spirit to create a feeling of wholeness, relaxation and stress relief. It is also ideal in times of change, illness or injury.

Crystal Reiki combines these benefits with the natural healing abilities of crystals and gemstones. These stones can be charged with Reiki energy and you will be receive your own crystal to take home so that you may feel the continuing benefits of your treatment. Reiki Courses
As an alternative to having a consultation, you can also learn the healing art of Reiki for your own personal benefit, just as you would learn Tai Chi or Yoga. A one day First Degree course is an ideal introduction to Reiki and from this point forward you will be able to treat yourself, family and friends. If you wish to continue, Second Degree and Masters Degree courses are also available. Each course is run in small groups so that everyone can benefit from personal guidance throughout the day. Individual tuition is also available.
