Reiki is a hands on healing technique that channels universal life force energy for the benfit of the recipient, enabling them to relax and reduce stress. This, in turn, promotes the body's own natural healing ability.

Also teaches courses for Usui Reiki Levels I, II and Master and Karuna Reiki. Anyone can become a Reiki practitioner. It is handed down via an attunement process from Reiki Master to student.
