Natural Health (Hertford)

Julie Goodwin opened natural health (formerly the Good Food Shop) in Hertford in 1997, designing it so that it is welcoming and bright and can accomodate as many product lines as possible. The building is over 400 years old with plenty of character and a retail area of approx 500 square feet.

The Natural Therapy Centre is above the shop and offers an extensive range of complementary therapies. Also established in 1997, the centre brings together a team of over 20 qualified, registered practiitoners providing expertise in a wide range of disciplines inlcuding: Holistic Aromotherapy, Acupuncture, Acupressure, Homeopathy, Holistic Massage, Reflexology, Sports and Remedial Massage, Cranio-sacral Therapy and Healing, Counselling, Nutritional therapy and allergy testing, Reiki, Osteopathy, Hopi Ear Candling, Dao Yin Tao Hypnotherapy, Shiatsu, and Indian Head Massage.

Therapy sessions are tailored to the needs of the individual.

Opening hours:
The shop is open from 9.00am and 5.30pm and early morning and evening appointments are available for the therapy centre.
