St John Ambulance (Hatfield Cadets)

You'd be forgiven for thinking that St John Ambulance is all about first aid; take another look at what they have to offer, and you'll be amazed by the wide range of activities they have to offer.

Their Cadet members, aged between 10 to 18, are a familiar site at the events across the County They meet in local groups and learn a variety of new skills, including first aid, radio communications, citizenship and youth leadership to name just a few.

2005 saw the introduction of a brand new Youth Programme, which gives their Youth Members greater choice over what they are able to learn about. They have over 80 different subjects that they can opt to take part in, as well as residential camps, outings, public first aid duties, national competitions and ceremonies.
