The Trust which came into effect from April 2000 provides health care at the following sites:

* Hemel Hempstead General Hospital
* St Albans City Hospital
* Watford General Hospital.

There are Accident and Emergency departments at Hemel Hempstead and Watford. Minor injuries unit at St Albans City Hospital.

St Albans City Hospitals concerntrate mainly on day and out patient appointments, while Hemel Hempstead and Watford Hospitals provide in patient care.
