Babytastic provides help for couples during their pregnancy and practical parenting courses for expectant parents. Their aim is to pass on invaluable advice to cope with life with a newborn and answer all those questions you never knew you wanted to ask!

Each course consists of four, two hour evening sessions and one lunchtime session for just the mums-to-be. All courses are held at Garston Manor and a maximum of 6 couples.

Babytastic provides you with new parenting advice before your baby is born, whilst also combining one special session on labour and birth with a practicing midwife from Watford General.

They have also teamed up with local businesses to give discounts on everything from baked potatoes to babygroes.

Forming friendships is also a key part of the Babytastic philosophy - they know how important it is to have a good support network close at hand. They are also pleased to be a supporter of the charity 'SPARKS', that funds medical research to help give vulnerable babies the best start in life.
