This series of seven parenting workshops are designed to help boost confidence and improve the relationship between parents and children. It aims to help recognise the good and positive things you do as a parent and help think about new ideas and strategies. Parent are able to share any concerns in a supportive environment.

Sessions include: developing a healthy self esteem, setting 'loving' limits, aid boundaries, problem solving, giving positive time and attention and keeping our children safe.
