A self-help group for all lone parents and their children.

The group provides help, information, support and friendship for all lone parents.

It runs subsidised family events such as swimming, bowling, indoor soft play, get together, coach trips and camping, theatre trips, snowboarding, kayaking, etc.

It also arranges evening social events for the parents only.

The Barnet Lone Parents Centre, run by Gingerbread volunteers, is at 1 Friern Park, Finchley. Please phone 020 8445 4227 (Answerphone).
