The Bereavement Network aims to offer anyone in the St Albans City and District access to bereavement support. It is a non-sectarian, non-polictical voluntary association of people of faith and non-faith.
It provides a Helpline answered personally on weekdays with an ansaphone at other times.
It offers trained bereavement visitors bringing support, always in confidence.
The Network runs three social groups for people on their own as a result of bereavement.
It is developing specialist work with children and families at times of bereavement. Support for professional workers and resources of literature.
