The Forum seeks to facilitate the establishment of a shared philosophy about domestic violence, its causes and the appropriate responses through multi-agency shared responsibility.

It seeks to find the best policies and procedures to deal with physical, sexual, emotional and financial abuse and intimidation.

The Forum meets every 6 to 8 weeks, during the day at Watford Town Hall.

Numerous voluntary and statutory organisations participate in the Forum.
