Summary Batchworth Lock Canal Centre

Educational courses for KS1 & 2 and for 14-19 year olds.

A canalside information centre, open to the public and for educational visits.

Canal boat trips are available at weekends. Narrowboat Roger has been restored and is open for inspection. There is a small display room and a shop for souvenirs and sales. Events organised at weekends throughout the summer.

A fully licensed restaurant and special events are offered at weekends and Bank Holidays from May to September.
Boat charters available. Self catering for catered for.

Admission is free.

Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays: 9.00am-3.30pm;
Saturdays and Sundays: 10.00am-5.00pm.
